At Wellness-VS, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer high-quality wellness products designed to support your health in areas such as Brain & Cognitive, Women’s Health, Antioxidants, Amino Acids, Herbal Remedies, Bone & Joint Support, Men’s Health, Superfoods, Detox, Immune Support, and more.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Products

Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, the following product types cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements, vitamins, or powders

  • Perishable items such as honey-based products (e.g. bee pollen, royal jelly)

  • Products in the Hair, Skin & Nails, Detox & Cleanse, or Immune Support categories if opened

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable content or digital wellness guides


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

We may offer partial refunds in the following situations:

  • Packaging is damaged but the product is unused

  • Product returned beyond 14 days but within 21 days (at our discretion)

  • Missing items from a bundle or set

  • Items with visible damage not caused by us


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the outcome.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account

  2. Contact your payment provider — some delays are normal

  3. If the issue persists, email us at sales@wellness-vs.com


Sale Items

Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly.

To request an exchange, contact us at sales@wellness-vs.com and send your item to.


Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit or digital gift card once the return is received.

If the gift was not sent directly to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
