Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. At Wellness-VS, we make sure all product images accurately reflect what you will receive. However, packaging or label designs may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates — but the product quality, ingredients, and benefits remain unchanged.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is automatically emailed to you once your order is complete.
You can also access it anytime by logging into your Wellness-VS account and navigating to the “Orders” section.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days inside Egypt. Delivery times may vary slightly based on location and demand.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@wellness-vs.com with a photo of the product and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Are your products original and authentic?

Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and imported from trusted international suppliers. We do not deal with counterfeit or fake items under any circumstance.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You can request a cancellation or modification within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us directly. After this window, the order may already be processed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, just contact us and we'll provide you with your tracking number.
